The staff were supper friendly in the entire hotel. Location: the property was just next door to metro, and Shinkansen station and main Tokyo station. Found Comodo with perfect drinks 700 feet away.

The hotel is fairly clean with efficient service. The staff are very amiable and thoughtful, everyone. The ambiance is SOPHISTICATED. The breakfast is very good with Japanese locals and toasts, for example, has everything you need. I will choose the place for future trips, thoroughly enjoyed the venue.
